Even for a bow weight of 25 - 30 lbs extraordinary arrow speeds are measured. So shots to a distance of 50 meters are no longer a problem. Review

The 48�" Mingo Youth bow is a bow that I just like a lot. I wish it was available in a heavier draw weight for me to use in blinds. This little bow has looks , fit and finish that are what we expect to see on adult bows costing a lot more money. I had no trouble drawing it to 27�" and the performance form the little bow realy made me take notice.I will consider the Mingo a bow that is upper class for a youth bow, and it appeals to many other shooters such a women, who have a short draw, and do not require hunting weight bows. {The Mingo is also available by special order in hunting draw weights.}

 The Mingo is smooth to draw, quick, and very quiet. There is not a hint of vibrations when you shoot it. The glass on the limbs is crystal clear without any of those white streaks and spots we see these days. The glue lines are perfect, and the finish is a flawless matt texture. This little bow Is definitely not just any kids bow. It comes with a Bearpaw� Whisper String�, made from high performance materials, and has Phenolic tip reinforcings. The nut handle / riser with it�'s double accent stripes is good looking, as well  the Cherry / Maple limbs are very good looking. This does not look like a kid/Youth bow; it looks like a well-made Adult bow in a short length. The draw weight on the Mingo is measured at 24�" not the normal 28�" we are used to on full size Adult bows. Please note that this bow is not for long draws, and I would not use it past 28" Draw length.

 Like all of the Bodnik bows this little gem has a 30 year Transferable Warranty. I find this is just amazing that Bearpaw will stand behind a youth bow for 30 years. Your childrens, Childern will be shooting it and still have warranty.

Your wife, if she has a short draw can start with a Mingo, pass it down to your kids, who can pass it down to their kids and still be covered by warranty 30 years later. It just does not get any better than this.
